Battle of berlin and Miracle at Frankfurt

I have been proved wrong in this World Cup.

Argentina (bewails) my dearest dearest Argentina! Such a team did not deserve to be thrown out of the World Cup so! How magnificently they played and I will not hear a word against them. (sigh) The World Cup has lost a great spectacle in losing Argentina before the finals. Wept inconsolably all night after they were defeated.

On the other hand, in one of my previous posts, I had bewailed the seeming fate of my beloved France. But what a comeback!!!!! I will allow that post to stand as testimony to the kind of miracles that can occur in the beautiful game. I didn't even dare to watch for I was certain they could not beat Brazil, but wow!! Even after 8 years, the much-hyped Brazilians have not been able to decipher French football. Happens; if you get too cocky to do your homework!!

Therefore, unfortunately, have figured that I cannot watch any of the remaining games of the Cup because it is evidently proved that when I watch a match, my fancied team loses!! Sorry, but am terribly superstitious this close to the finals.
